Group 1 Runs Friday/Monday.

You are now among the few competent, nice, and dedicated gamers on Anub'arak. We expect each member to do their very best in every way shape and form. Currently raid spots are not an issue but it should be noted that in the future when 25 man raids do fill up, ALL spots will be up for competition. If you have a problem with gear or raid spots and questions on how to improve please do not hesitate to ask... we will not judge you negatively for asking. Not meeting expectations after refusing to ask for help will be judged negatively. I know many members hold themselves to high expectations as I do and I will not ask from someone what I cannot do myself, but that means if I'm doing everything I can, I expect the same from everyone else. NO EXCUSES.

With all that Bullshit out of the way, let's make raids FUN and successful again.
