*Establishment of the Guild By-Laws*

This is something that has been discussed previously, but we were in no hurry to address, as recruitment has been closed, but I believe it is a good time to start building that framework. I am soliciting inputs and suggestions for the by-laws, to be posted in the Appropriate thread in the Officer's Forum. I think we want to eventually have a a clear set of rules that are easy to understand, for even the newest member, as well as clearly defined and beyond reproach by the most experienced players. There shouldn't be much of a gray area with these. Looking forward to the suggestions.

********* SPECIAL NOTICE (28 Mar 2010)*********

Due to the current market situation, and IMHO AeriaGames lack of desire/ability to improve a situation that has negatively affected game play for its "customers", my play on Shaiya will be very limited. I honestly cannot afford to support my toons, and inflation (and the competition to exploit it) has made it extremely difficult to farm what I need to do so. So, until such a time as I can play the game without sacrificing satisfying gameplay for toon support, I will be playing on a private Shaiya server mostly. I will still log on to AG's Shaiya, almost daily, just to say hello, and see how ppl are doing. If such a time comes that I decide I will not return to AG's Shaiya, then I will let you all know. I'm sorry that things have gotten this bad, in the game, but I place a fairly large amount of value on my time, and I'm not going to waste it (in vast amounts) to line Aeria Games pockets.
