Welcome!

Hi folks!  Welcome to the Naxx run group from Verve.  Don't stop utilizing the main Verve site at www.vervebladefist.net as it is chock full of great links, discussion and solid forums plus it is the official word from the guild master/officers to you, the members.  This site exists for one purpose only and that is to create a space specific to just our Naxx runs, for scheduling, discussion, and informational purposes so we don't overrun the main site with items that have nothing to do with general Verve business.

This site is in no way endorsed, sanctioned, or affiliated in any manner with the main Verve site.  As such, I hope we can let our hair down a bit, be relaxed and comfortable with each other.  I do ask that we don't get all crazy with the swearing but neither will I monitor or correct behaviours; we are all adults, conduct yourself accordingly.  That being said, we can loosen up a bit around this place as well because as you all know, I'm hardly one to judge others for a sassy mouth!  lol

A few rules I do want to set into place. 

- Don't criticize.  That includes other players and Verve in general.  If you are having issues with another player, that's between you two and I expect you will have the gumption to resolve your differences privately.  Don't bring your hatred here.  If you are having issues with Verve, there are officers you can bring your concerns to so please use the proper channels for resolution.

- No one-upmanship.  This is not a pissing contest between group members.  We are here to have fun, get stuff done, encourage and cheer each other on.  If all you are interested in is topping the DPS charts and boasting numbers, you will find no home here.  We are working together as a collective to accomplish our goals, not beat our chests and swing from vines and make others feel inadequate.  Play nice with the other kids, help each other out.  Only by working together will we achieve all we want, so let's be generous.

- No exclusivity.  I absolutely do NOT want a repeat of the Team Delta fiasco we all endured a few months ago.  We are Ververs first and foremost.  This group will not be a guild within a guild.  I am not a pseudo-guildmaster, I am not an officer, I am simply an organizer type personality who wants to go to Naxx.  Period.  Anyone who wants to join this site is welcome to do so, and that includes any and all Ververs, so keep that in mind when posting comments.  When actions are not transparent at all times, that's when misinterpretations and conflicts develop, so I am leaving this site's door wide open for anyone who wants to join be they Verve members, initiates or officers; past, present or future.

If you have never been to gamerdna before, it may take a bit to get comfy with the set up but once you do, I think you will find this site has some neat features.  I hardly am an expert on this site but I will help as I am able.
