Since there is no way there can migrate now, and perhaps this is part of our 'my.lotro.com' issue. I reached a point where I started to recognise alts of players who I knew have migrated, so stopped. I'd like to continue at some point though so please if you have migrated to a Turbine account make sure you login every alt at least once please. If you're a PvE player then you have nothing to worry about, since DP will still exist for perks and stuff, you just can't spend them on a creep anymore.
