Hello Demi Gods,
I have been away for five days & came back to see a couple of officers leaving. It happened like this the last time I took a holiday so I am not surprised. So peeps if you are thinking of leaving, get on with it & go ! Or I can give you a nudge if you need it lol. Go in peace with no screaming is best ! We are not so desperate for members that we want to keep ppl who are not motivated, fun & want to be in the Guild. Life is too short for that guys.
We Demis got KAZ & ZA to raid this week & we gotta plan our next Gruul. We got the ppl. But I need to see more enthusiasm.
So - with that in mind - I am happy to have a much smaller guild. I would rather log on to see my regular raiders than a load of ppl who sit around moaning & waiting for the goodies to drop into their laps.
Just to warn you - the rules will be put into action.
1-farming is for all
2-raiding is for all
& so if you are not active in both you will be removed from the Guild.
And a quick word about PuG. Someone recently tried to seem dumb & asked why he was not allowed to raid in PuG in Karazhan. Well, shocking that he needed to be told, but here goes for anyone else who wants to play dumb : you are not allowed to PuG in KZ because the raid instance resets on a wednesday (once a week). You are "saved" to a certain raid with a Raid ID. If you raid elsewhere you are obviously not available to raid with your guild. Your first obligation is to your guild. So anyone who raids PuG will be removed from the guild. No exceptions.
To find your raid ID go to ( ! ) button then bottom right tab : Raid. Then on the top you have three red buttons - the far right click Raid Info & there are your raid IDs for ZA & KZ for example.
* Delighted to say welcome back to Officers rank for the Mighty LINCKA - a mine of information & experience ! Lincka is an officer & is class leader of the Warlocks. Also back in Officer chat is BIGLILMINI cos he does the job if an officer or not lol. He has currently respecced back to Holy (bear in mind Big is tank &/or holy as needed).
Nisaro is back in the Demis, as is Xagit, Pante & Hewn : so that is the healers covered YAYYY. We also can welcome Thepredator another tank to the guild. I dont want anyone to say they cant find a tank ! A new holy pally Zenker & rogue Bognar. These are all guys who want to raid & any disputes are resolved so ...
Now can we have some fun ?
SUNDAY : FARMING DAY ! Dont forget it & dont be late ! Cos if you dont farm & you dont raid you get booted. It has to be like that.

Each member needs to farm weekly at least :
If u chose to farm Primals plz mail Tomoh one of the following:

If u chose to farm Meat plz mail Tomoh one of the following:
If u chose to farm herbs plz mail Tomoh one of the following:
You will have to give Tomoh your weekly farming in an in-game mail before every sunday 19:00.
Considering guild needs you may be asked to farm something in particular the following week. However, if u dont get a mail you can farm whatever you want from the list.
Farming for the guild is a requirement for full membership.
p.s. I've done a new page (under FILMS on the left) so we can have a constant reference when this post will be gone.

when you sign up you agree :
1) to sign up for the raid 1 hour before it starts
2) to listen to the raid leader
3) to master looter (no rolls)
4) to have the addons loaded before the raid
5) to stay the whole raid
6) to be online 15 minutes before, ready for invites
7) to have read the tactics of the first bosses
8) to have voice chat working (at least so you can hear)
Our weekly raid calender, for the next couple of weeks, looks like this :
KARAZHAN - Wednesday & Thursday & Friday & Saturday
ZULAMAN - Monday & Tuesday
Deadlines - sign before 19h30 - to be sure of being on the list
20h00 invites are given out - be online to be sure of your spot
20h30 raid starts - make sure you are repaired & got all you need
No raids on sunday.
To make this work we raiders contribute farming (potions etc) to the Guildbank. Please make sure you have sent yours to Tomoh before 19h on sunday night. Thank you.
And we are gonna go Gruul on Friday night. Hoping you have read the tactics a bit - just so you know your job.
