Guild is Reformed!

After a long period of doing other things in life and in the game, Nymesis
and myself have decided to take an indefinite break from hardcore raiding
and return to our roots. Thus far we have invited a core group of long-time
friends and will most likely continue to do so for the next few weeks until we feel we have a suitable core. I will update as I am able.

Well, not really. It is still a guild bank for Misericorde and myself, but as far as guildies go, there are none so please refrain from applying. I am keeping the website because Head asked me to, that's all. Any of you guys still subscribed? Hit me up.

GB Update

Well, no one commented on my last post, I am not sure if anyone even comes here anymore, and not entirely sure if anyone ever did lol. Anyway, here is an update on what I have been doing just in case anyone cares to know.

Basically, it has been a long, tedious, redundant process of me scanning the ah, posting, spamming in trade, re-posting et. I finally got everything liquidated down to 3 1/2 16 slot bags. I vendored scrolls, potions and white items. I sent anything that could be d/e'd to my enchanter, and d/e'd it into mats and that is all that is left save 3-4 things that were too high for my skill. I have posted those 3-4 items, and the mats from the d/e'ing on a 48 hour auction as of now, 7:00 AM Saturday morning. Whatever gear/weapons that I did not sell by the time the auction is over will be vendored, whatever mats are left over cannot be vendored and since I need mats right now I will buy them from the gb at the fair ah price. After that, I will transfer the title of Keeper to Mis and delete bushi.

The money will be ditributed equally among the members that were actively playing and or contributing at the time of the announcement to disband. I know who you are, and you know who you are, and are not. I thought about this long and hard, and it could have gone a few different ways. I could have distributed it out among everyone on the roster, alts not included of course, but how would that be fair to the ones that contributed the most? I could distribute it out among the people who were actively playing at the time of the announcement, but again, how would that be fair to the ones that contributed a lot?

It was a tough decision to make, because if I am anything it is honest and fair, but basically, I decided that fair would be to distribute it among the active members, active meaning playing at the time of the announcement or the contributors. Basically, to not be in on the cut would mean that you didn't play/participate with our guild as much as you did with other guilds that you may have been in at the time, or that you did not contribute money or goods.

I guess what I am trying to say is if you care enough to read this, then be expecting your cut in the mail in the next few days. I am basically weeding the ones that didn't care to begin with out of the cut.

I hope this satifies everyone, and gives everyone closure, I know it will allow me closure to know that I am not responsible for the gb anymore.

Umm..yeah

Mis jumped the gun on booting everyone, so if you wish to be counted in the distribution of the assets, please reply to me here or via in-game mail to Nymesis. I was going to make a lost of everyone before we disbanded, however, I was not afforded that opportunity before it happened. I remember most of you, however, I am afraid I will forget someone, so if you want your share, please reply to me. Everyone should be signed up here and if not, please list the names of everyone you can remember, so that I can remember. I plan to have everything finished by the end of the week (Saturday) even if it requires vendoring some things. It has gone on long enough.

Disbandment (Final)

Disbandment is virtually complete.
At this juncture additional time will be required for the remaining assets
of the guild bank to be auctioned at reasonable price to the fluctuation
of the economy with Lich King.

Since WoTLK has been released we no longer wish to hold anyone.
We wish for everyone to be free to enroll their characters in guilds that will support them and provide enjoyment in the weeks and months ahead.
Due to this, all members will be removed from the guild immediately.

You will be contacted via in-game mail as soon as the remainder of the
assets are liquidated. Thanks for the time you have invested in the guild.
I hope to maintain friendship with as many of you as possible.
Never hesitate to ask for help or just strike up a friendly conversation.
