As I sit here, I'm listening to Stephen Lynch (My cousin) trying to not be so serious, although I am totally serious when it comes to this. First and foremost, let me introduce myself. In-Game, you all know me as Aklaba or AK. But in Real-life: Hi, I'm Ryan, I will be your raid leader/coordinator as well as an Officer within the guild. So what does this mean? Well, All in all it means nothing really, and I'm probably just blowing smoke up my ass. But in essence, it means if you want to raid, you'll be lead by none other than myself. So you're probably sitting there, thinking to yourself: "Who the hell is this person, and why is he still going on?" Well, I'm going on about this for one reason. When it comes to end game content, I`m here for one thing, and one thing only (besides the wiminz in ze guild) thats allowing and helping you all achieve the end-game raid content that you would love to run. But for this to happen, there are some guidelines that we all must follow, myself included. 1. Common Courtesy It should be self explanatory, but let me break it down. Common courtesy is on many levels, and is many things. One of my biggest pet peeves is: Begging! I know we all want to get geared and get to the raiding, but we also need to take some initiative upon ourselves to make this work. This guild is already a well-oiled machine, and to maintain that machine, we all need to be a working part. What I see as Begging? Continually asking for runs through an instance. When I see someone asking for a "run," I see it as being selfish. I see it as one trying to help themselves out and not look to see who else could benefit from it. Granted, I understand not everyone is going to be available at all times. If it comes down to not being able to find a group, please speak to me about it then. I will assist you in finding a group, BUT I WILL NOT HOLD YOUR HAND.
