On Sunday, March 8, a large Clan force led by Sentinels entered Rome from Galway Shire. Despite the arrival of the Unicorn Company stationed in Rome Red, and several Omni-Tek citizens, the city's defenses were quickly taken out. They were not stopped until they reached Rome Green, at which point the defenders found out that the attack was a diversion; a bomb was soon detonated inside the Omni-Med buiding in Rome Green.

There were several things of interest during this attack. It was noted that over the public node NRPB, two members of the Council of Truth known as "Dagget" and "Nulion" were heard talking about the attack, and saying it "felt good."

Turms Falon, a suspected member of the Shadow Compendium, was also sighted in the area, quietly following the entire battle as it progressed....

Briefing
We need more information on this attack. While it is obvious the Sentinels played a large part in it, who actually planted the bomb? Who were the key players in this attack? Nulion and Dagget are our prime suspects. Find more information through whatever means necessary.

Conclusion
The city of Rome was attacked by a large group of Clans led by Sentinels. The attack was merely a diversion for the bombing of Omni-Med. Our current prime suspects are Council of Truth members "Nulion" and "Dagget." Also, a member of the Shadow Compendium was present at the attack quietly observing the proceedings. Could Turms also have something to do with it? Any findings are to be reported to me immediately.

"OTPC - Early this morning, January the 10th, 29483, a powerful explosive device was detonated within the Omni-Reform building in Omni-1's trade district, leading to massive internal destruction. It is unknown who is responsible for the attack.

According to the current estimate damages amount up to 293 million credits. A large hole has appeared in the first 5 floors, suggesting that the device used was a high-yield pressure bomb, flanked by armor piercing shells, resulting in massive collateral damage.

Emergency personnel have reported 108 confirmed dead, 192 wounded and 97 people still missing. Omni-Reform director, Eva Pourais is reported to be among the injured but Omni-Med has confirmed that she had received only superficial injuries, as she was within her office when the bomb detonated.

Experts have stated that the limited damage to the building itself can be credited to the superiority of Omni-Tek construct materials and building designs."

Briefing
We are looking for any leads as to what happened and who caused it. No leads have been found so far. Any information is to be reported to myself immediately.

I have requested forensics samples and any information gathered from the explosion by Engineering. More on this when it becomes available.

Conclusion
Omni-Reform was bombed by an unknown enemy. Any leads gathered on this should be immediately reported to myself. Do not act on any gathered knowledge without my approval.
