New alliance site goes LIVE!

Dear Kinnies,
Recently, Xusia from The Children of the Sun has put up a new website for our alliance to use. This resulted in the website: http://www.alliesoflight.com/
The website is live, but still is a work in progress. I would strongly recommend to register yourself on this site (using the name of your main character!) and explore the site. Then Xusia and the leaders of the kins in the alliance would like to know what you would like to see on the site, so please post your suggestions on the forum on the site.
This new site is replacing the old alliance forums (the prancingpony one). That forum will be still accesable but not in use as of May 1st 2010.
We however still keep our own Broken site alive, although the new alliance website will probably be the main site to look on in the future.
So please visit http://www.alliesoflight.com/ and register yourself using the name of your main character.

Exiles of Numenor due to join alliance!

Dear kinnies,
Just a little update from ''the management level''.
Our alliance -the Alliance of Light- currently consists of Broken, The Children of The Sun, Balrogs Bane. (For newer members; Broken joined this alliance to offer our members more possibility to find groups and maintain/extend friendships as well as making new friends. We have a alliance chat channel aswell, if you haven't done so already or don't know how to set it up, then ask an officer to assist you with installing the channel in your chatbox)
Over the past few weeks the leaders of the kins in the alliance; Wilrond (CotS), Rilo (Balrogs Bane) and me have chatted about expanding the alliance with 1 additional kin. Brandolin -one of our former members and also of allied kins- told me that the kin he is in now (Exiles of Numenor) was looking for an alliance to join. Wilrond, Rilo and I had a short discussion over the following days involving a few officers of the represented kins aswell. Everyone seemed pretty positive about the idea of Brand's kin joining the alliance, so in the past week we had a little chat with a few officers of Exiles of Numenor in which we all talked about philosophies on gameplay, looting, grouping etc.
Towards the end of that chat we all thought of doing something together with all kins involved would be a nice way to see if Exiles of Numenor and the current allied kins ‘match’ so to say. Therefore the Exiles of Numenor and the alliance are organizing a 12 man raid skirmish on the 25th of January 2010 (tomorrow) at 7pm GMT in which each kin has 3 spots. If you want to be in this raid then send me (Smartbean) a tell ingame. If there aren't enough replies we'll just see who's on at that point.
I hope we can give Exiles of Numenor a warm welcome into the alliance.
