Intrinsic Update

After a few rocky points in the path, Intrinsic is well on it's way to becoming a serious force to be reckoned. PvE Raids have become much more efficient with the leadership of Galladrel in Karazhan, and we could not be happier with his awesome abilities. Regarding Karazhan, Intrinsic is beginning the growth stages of recruitment, experience, and gear.
Our plans for the near future are as such, and any prospective members need to understand how we operate.

Karazhan Runs
Two weekly Kara runs with cleanup on Monday's for anyone who'd like to go, normal group members have precedence obviously. Roster for R.O.S.A. is in the forum, members should already know who they are.
-R.O.S.A. on Tuesday - Thursday
-Water (name pending) on Friday - Sunday

Arena PvP
Arena is going to be slightly more emphasized by the leadership, as some of the rewards are top notch. Anyone interested in Arena PvP get in contact with Fantasea, Varantilis, or Galladrel as they all have information that could help you. If you want to PvP, a minimum of 15 arena matches per week is necessary to actually get the gear before the next expansion comes out and it becomes moot.

Guild Rank
The Shadow of Youth (no bank requests) position, being our trial member position, has been given terms for advancement. 4 Weeks in good standing in this position allows for advancement to full member status, with donations to the guild bank being how we determine when to promote from Member to House of Shadows. House of Shadows is the highest ranking position available to non-founders.

Anyway, things are going extremely well, and we definitely expect things to keep going the way that they have been.

We are a semi-casual, semi-crazy Raiding/Social guild on Alleria. We have considerable experience in almost any instance in the whole of World of Warcraft, and we have players of such quality as to make those instances fun, challenging, and rewarding!
We are a council based political system, with a council holding membership at Eleven. These eleven individuals are our Nine Lords of Shadow, One Master-General, and The Shadowmaster.
