MEMBERSHIP DRIVE

Hey guys.. We're going to attempt another membership drive.. ALL officers are eligible for this one too.

Below is the information for this drive:

• We are having the membership drive for the month of January.

• During this time, for every 5 people you bring into the guild and they remain in the guild until at least 03/15/09, you will be given a 20 slot bag.

• It is your responsibility to put a note on the person you bring in showing that you invited them AND they must sign into the website. Remember.. They MUST be at least level 45+ to be invited.

• It is also your responsiblity to let the officers know when you have invited 5 people so that we can check the website for verification. Five people a week would give you four 20 slot bags by the end of the drive.

• Remind them we are an active guild with a 14 day boot if they are not active.  All they have to do to remain active is sign on to character before 14 days is up.

Welcome to Hieratic! We are a rapidly growing guild thanks to the wonderful members that we have.   We are VERY active, social and helpful.   We do all level instances and use GroupCalendar to schedule instances so that everyone has an opportunity to sign up for them.

*The level for recruiting is 45. Please feel free to invite anyone at that level or over.

In order to maintain a high level of organization, we are required to set rules for the guild, but keep in mind, this is YOUR guild and we want everyone to be proud of it.

RULES

1.  IF a member is absent for 14 consecutive days, they will be discharged from the guild UNLESS an officer or CO is notified in advance of absense OR the member is Military.

2.  The guild bank is for everyone in the guild.  You are welcome to anything in the bank that you can USE and for making repairs.  The bank is NOT to support other toons OR to take items and sell to give yourself money. If you aren't making money with your professions, then you should consider changing to mining, herbalism or skinning.  There is good money to be made with these professions.  The bank is audited quite frequently, if anyone is found stealing, they will be ejected from the guild.

3.  Repairs are very expensive and they get even more expensive as you all get to higher levels so we would appreciate all contributions.  ALL of the money in the guild bank will go back to the members.  We will 'help' purchase mounts, weapons, armor, etc.  when needed.

4.   We use GroupCalendar to schedule instances and make note of worthy events, such as birthdays, which can be found at www.curse.com all members are required to download this addon.

5.  We will go by the one warning rule.  You will be warned once of an infraction of a rule, but the second time you will be ejected.  

6.  How are promotions given?  The answer is just be active, helpful and social.   It also helps to donate to the guild bank.  Promotions to the rank of officer are made by recommendations from all guild members.  If you know someone who is doing an extrordinary job, who is very helpful, etc. let one of the officers or COs know and he will be voted on for promotion.

7. THERE WILL BE NO BEGGING FOR GOLD ALLOWED
