We are a destruction guild on the Karak-Norn Server focused on endgame dungeons and T4 ORvR & scenarios. We are a guild of T4 players who are interested in exploring and excelling in both the RVR and PVE aspects Warhammer: Age of Reckoning. Our most recent recruitment needs can be found here.

Moving on

War and Hand of Blood have been a great experience and kept many people entertained.  The time has come however to move on to something new.  Its no secret that many people are bored with war and we have lost many good players and opponents over the last 3 months.

We were hoping that we could pass the guild leadership on to someone that wanted to take it over and maintain the high standards we have set but looking at the amount of people leaving we feel this wont leave behind a guild that will survive.

Its with much sadness that we will therefore be closing the Hand of Blood guild in War on 20th February.  Until that time we will fight on and will be organising events as long as people show up!

We have achieved so much as a guild.  The guild was founded at the outset of war and grew under Xzi and Snikkits leadership.  It survived the arrival of the bomb squads (and me) from eight peaks, became the first destro guild on Norn to kill the king and built a warband that was rated as number 1 worldwide (on Podds site) and feared by all of order!

Much like the people that have already left for WoW, some of us are now leaving to join a new game called Rift. http://www.riftgame.com/en/

Whilst it may not be groundbreaking and revolutionary its a new start in a new world and the beta testing has been loads of fun and bug free!

We intend to maintain a smaller, active, more focused guild on a PvP server in Rift and build a commuity of excellent players who also have a lot of fun.  Elements of the game make working together, focusing dps and following instructions much more important than War and we expect players to do this.  We also want people to take part in the guild and not require much organisation for grouping etc and whilst not playing 24/7 we expect people to be active and involved.

Schedule update

We're going to be changing up the schedule a bit, based on what we've experienced after the patch to ensure maximum smush every week. Your new schedule starting next week will be

Sunday ORvR
Monday ORvR
Wednesday WB with the main aim of doing the skaven instance. People below rr65 should not expect a spot.
Thursday ORvR
Saturday Scenario day

PTS event - Friday

Note this moved to Friday now!

We will be running wb on the pts server.  Will try to test a range specs and new game features.

There is a 400mb patch to install and UI to set up so please do this tomorrow so you are ready to go!

Adela spent 2hrs screaming on TS about how imba it is so come along and find out!

Schedule update

We're going to be tweaking our weekly schedule slightly as Thursday has proven itself to be a day we just don't want to be out in the lakes. Our new schedule starting this week will be

Sunday, Monday and Wednesday as RvR days.
Tuesday and Thursday for PVE.

All our VL groups are capable of clearing it in one night now, if for whatever reason you can't make it on Thursday, clear it on the Tuesday so we don't mix our RvR/PvE nights and end up with half the WB in VL.

Keep up the good work, I'm almost impressed.
