Hi there, I hope everyone is doing well!
Made it to my outpost a few days ago, and its been pretty busy around here, but I am doing well. I hope all of you are having a fun time raiding with the guild, and I'm missing those long nights staying up playing wow after work. Hopefully I'm going to find some time to try out the vent and try to catch you guys sometime - I'm about 12 hours ahead of server time. Keep fighting the good fight guys, and I'll keep fighting mine!

RE: Grimslade's (Eric's) Deployment!!Hey there everyone!
Just got back from my month long training exercise in preparation for deployment, and I only have a few weeks left until I ship out. Things are going well here on my end. I was checking up on wow heroes just tonight (being sneaky) and I noticed that not only have you guys gotten a HUGE influx of awesome people (Ellexia and me go way back, haha), but I also noticed you have 6/12 10 ICC down, and 4/12 25 ICC down! That's so freaking awesome I nearly jumped out of my chair when I saw it!!!
I am really proud of all of you guys and how you were able to keeping the momentum we all started a few months ago going! I will be watching excitedly as the guild grows and progresses during my time away, and wish all of you well!

The torch has been passed
Posted by Marzgul on 09-Nov-09 01:27am
While we partied in Darnassus like it was 1999, it was with some regrets that we saw Grimslade step down as Guild Master. Grim did a lot of work not only in bringing this guild back, but to lead it to victories in all the new raid content! As the new GM I hope to not only continue this trend, but to continue raising GoE's commitment and quality.
Please check the forums for new posts!

Guild Rules
Posted by Grimslade on 03-Aug-09 07:55pm
1) Begging of any kind will not be tolerated.
2) Work with other members of similar level on quests and dungeons before seeking help from higher level members. The higher level members will usually help lower levels, but we would rather have to most people benefit in a group as possible.
3) Cursing -----Allowed in Party Chat
-----Allowed in Officer Chat
-----Not Allowed in Regular Guild Chat
4) While in group of players that are not in our guild, or while in Trade chat, Be Polite, Courteous, Friendly, and Fair. Reputation goes a Long way.
5) Officers MUST be registered with guild website
6) Argue in whisper chat, NOT in guild chat. Everyone in the guild will probably argue with another member at some time or another. Just agree to disagree, but don’t argue in guild chat. Even officers don’t agree on everything, but we do support each other.
7) FREE WITH MATS. Do not charge other guild members for stuff. *Unless it is unattainable from AH. If so charge a FAIR Price.
8) Have FUN. If the game begins to feel more like a Job, then take a break for a while. You will not be kicked out of guild unless you’re not on in 2 months. If longer than 2 months just mail us or let us know. But REMEMBER, "Its a game".
