Mabye low lvls not a bad thing?

Well as we all know the guild has aquired members since being active but the members we got arent active players and not to be rude but no use to us. I congragulate all our active members who are reading this they know who they are.
The point of this is when we first started this guild we made a statment nobody under lvl 25 and I dont think that is working out quite well. As we have a lot of active high lvls we dont have any low lvls working there way up to the high lvls making the guild not as good as it should be.
How does everyone feel about this? I personally I like the guild but, I would like to see more active members. Not to dwell on the past or make anyone seem inferior, but I noticed one thing that makes a good guild is its mix of all types of players HM/NM low lvl high lvl this is what makes a guild.
Does anyone feel this way also or understand what I mean. Some of u may not like this but I am gonna start spreadn the word in all place to all players weak or strong.(not the way to end my rant or whatever u want to call it just not good at endings )
