i believe it would be best to determine a loot master before the raid begins. typically group leader would assume this position this way no confusion on drops. Also loot master decides between need and longevity in guild 4 determining best scenario and best fit. would prevent ninjaing binded drops and hard feelings

Q. Why can't I access the guild vault?
A. You can not access any items in the guild vault until you are promoted to the rank of member. To gain the rank of Member you must first register on our guild website. www.titansguild.guildcafe.com/join

Q. How do I get promoted?
A. You can gain your first promotion to member by registering on the guild website. Following promotions can be gained by inviting either another level 50+ member to the guild or depositing 5g into the guild vault.

Q. Are we going to Raid.
A. Yes, the first Raid date has been set as the 1st of March 2008. Time and instance TBC.

Q. Can we get Vent?
A. Yes, we are working on establishing a vent server before our first Raid.

Guild Information

Recruitment:
No player below the level of 20 is to be invited in the guild without a Senior Members approval. All players under the level of 20 will be removed from the guild from the 1st of March 2008.

Guild Vault:
The guild vault is there to be used as a resource to the guilds members. You are able to withdraw items and gold from the vault if you are going to use those items personally. You are not for any reason allowed to sell items from the guild vault on the Auction House. All transactions from the guild vault are logged and if you are caught abusing this privilage you will be removed from the guild.

As a policy, if you are taking items or gold from the bank, we request that you put replacement items or gold back into the vault when you are able. This is a trust based system which is why there are restrictions on how much you can withdraw at various guild ranks.

There may be special privilages given in using the gold in the vault. If you are wanting to use gold in the vault for other purposes such as buying a mount, you may be able to request a loan. This must be paid back when you are able and you will be charged a 10% interest on the loan. All loans must be approved by the Emperor.

Inactivity:
We are an active guild as as such do not want players who are inactive for weeks at a time. If you are inactive for more than 14 days you will be automatically removed from the guild. The only exception is if this character is an alt in which case it should be stated as such under player information.

Raids:
We will be starting raids on Kara soon! We are aiming to have our first Raid on March 1st 2008. Time TBC

Promotion:
You get your first promotion from registering at our guild website www.titansguild.guildcafe.com/join. (Password is titans). Before you are promoted, your registeration has to be confirmed by a guild leader. As we use the website to relay important information to the guild, it is critical that all members are registered.

Following ranks are gained for every 5g you deposit into the guild vault. You can withdraw from the vault when you reach the first rank of corporal.

Senior Ranks

Note: that only senior ranks are able to invite new members to the guild. All senior ranks are able to promote.

Emperor - Guild Founder and Leader. Overseas all guild operations and activities. The current Emperor is Capex who has an open door policy. If you have questions or want to make a complaint, please send a mail message to Capex.


General - Second in charge of all guild operations. Has all abilities that the Emperor has and has full authority over guild when the Emperor is offline. There is 1 General Appointed to every 50 members. Generals are responsible for resolving disputes between members. Please message a General if you are having issues with another member for any reason. Generals are able to withdraw up to 10g per day and 10 items per day from the guild vault. To become a General you must first have been promoted to a Senator.

Senator - Senators only take responsibility in the guild if the Emperor and no Generals are online. Senators primary responsibilty is to have make guild policy decisions. In raids, Senators will also act as group leaders. Senators have all the abilities that a General has however should not discharge them unless they are the most senior rank online at the time. As a senator, you are able to withdraw up to 7g per day and 7 items per day from the guiild vault. To become a Senator you must have reached the rank of Lord.
