Getting exercise doesn't mean you have to go do Sit-ups, or lift some dumb-bells, in fact, pretty much anything you do outside, will count as exercise, ride a bike, play a sport with a friend, just get out, and get active! Pitch in a little to this world and Give back what it gave you, and I don't mean to throw back trash. Its not hard to go green, just start using Biodegradable items, such as paper plates and cups. Use a bike to get around, if you aren't going too far, then take a bike there, helps the world and you (gives you exercise). Also recycle your items. A glass bottle can be used again, even if it isn't able to be washed with a Dish Washer, you can Hand Wash it and use it again. You can also recycle by giving your unwanted items to Good Will, or an other homeless organization. So remember to go green, Help Yourself, Help the World.
