1/ Normal mode toons in the guild don't get any p lvls , onse you hit lvl 40 your first HM toon wil be p lvld till lvl 30 this will be your GUILD RANKING BATTLE toon he needs to stay lvl 30 the next HM toon you bring in the guild wil get p lvls if high lvl offer them not when you ask for them so no naging .If you pull your GRB toon out you wont get no more help from guildies then like gear and sort untill you replace your GRB toon .This will mean that you need to partisepate in the GRB .if by any surcemstanses you cant partisepate in the GRB let us know in front during that period you can grind for broken cores thin meat or anything else .
2/ evry guildie will need to bring in at least 25 broken cores ; thin meats ; eap ;golen sisers ;manatou cores or dark mages stone per week if you dont have them you can replace them with 1 mill per 2 items you are missing ( you dont need 25 from each one just from one unit EX. 25 broken cores or 25 eap or 25 gold sisers ... )
you wil have 2 weeks to post your confermation on the webside that you read them and agreed with them if you dont agree with it then i think you need to have a tought what a guild is all about and think if ou realy fit in this guild .
