Officer Requirements

We have had alot of people asking what the requirements are for Officer. So I decided to list some requirements and explain the importance of the Officer status in my Guild. First and formost I have to TRUST you. You cannot be in the guild for a week or a level 5 and be an officer. Below I have listed some stipulations to be an Officer.

1. Must show enthusiasm for the Guild and helping others without anyone asking you to. NOTE: If you are a current Officer and you are online, but busy doing something, and someone asks for help, try to let everyone know that you are in the middle of something. Do not just not say nothing at all. I just don't want people feeling like we are avoiding or ignoring them.

2. Must play at LEAST three times a week. We cannot have Officers that only play once a week. NOTE: If you are a current Officer, and we notice a BIG change in your playing habbits, not coming on very often or spending more time with other players rather than your Guild when you are online, then you will be demoted. My Officers must always put their Guild first before other players, unless of course there are other Officers online that could help.

3. Recruit at least 3 people. I understand this is difficult because you cannot invite people to the Guild. If an Officer is on just let them know you have someone who wants to join the Guild. If no one is on, ask them to be your friend and you will let them know when an Officer is on. The reason I want you to invite 3 people is because I cannot have 50 Officers and 10 members in the Guild. I want at least three members to every Officer. NOTE: If you are a current Offcier, please understand that you still need to invite people to the Guild. If you see anyone without a Guild invite them. Although Sammie is the Head Recruiter, we all need to make the effort to show everyone what they are missing not being with our AWESOME Guild!!

4. Must be a level 25. Now this rule isn't set in stone. I have made level 23's an Officer before if they have shown all of the above. But you have to be high enough of a level to help all the little guys.

5. You must join the Guild site!!!! This is for everyone really!! But if you want to be an Officer then this requirement applies with number 1, showing enthusiasm for your Guild.

Please understand that me and others work ETREMELY hard to make this Guild fun and helpful for everyone. I take it very seriously and this Guild means alot to me. I love all of you guys!!!!

11-08 Meeting Summary

1. Congradulations to Sammie for her promotion to Officer and Head Recruiter!!!! You have done such an amazing job and are a HUGE asset to this Guild. We are honored to have you!! Keep up the amazing work.

2. Both my Husband and I play on my character Angel heartstealer. When my Husband is playing or I am not on, Telios is acting Guild Master.

3. More and more people are starting to have more responsibilities because I trust you and you have earned it. However, keep in mind that if a decision you make is going to affect the Guild as a hole, or include schedules or times or events, please let me know first. As you guys, especially Sammie, add new people to the Guild, please let me know if you can so I can personally thank them for joining and schedule some one on one time with them.

4. I will be spending some one on one time with EVERYONE. New and tenured players. Firstly, I want to build a bond with everyone in the Guild. Secondly, show you some tricks to the game, or help you with Qwests, or leveling or whatever you want. Even if you just want to talk. Please let me know a date and aproximate time to do this. I am available mainly on the weekends but also during the week anytime after about 6 PM PST.

5. Once again, PLEASE let everyone know as they come online to join the site. I think it will be MUCH easier to tell everyone to join GamerDna and let us know when they do and we can just invite them to the group. I think that way is a little less confusing.

We Need Your HELP!

Hi Guys! I have couple things I wanted to announce. First off Please give me your feedback on the site, I'm doing my best to try and make some positive changes that will appeal to everyone. But I want to make sure everyone is happy with the changes. And I'm open to any ideas, feedback is welcome! Feel free to PM me.    
Also, Please remember when your signed on to Pirates and other guild members are on to Let them know to register with the site. We currently only have 8 members, which isn't even half of our guild. Let them know to go to "theonesyouenvy.gamerdna.com/join" the password is tortuga. If you have any trouble with the censors in the game, thanks to Telios' brilliant idea, put in "theonesyouenvy.gamerdna.***/join".  Thanks T!
Please encourage as many people to participate as you can. Thanks in advance I appreciate your help!! 
And Lastly, I know this was brought up when the site was first opened, but it was never done. I would still like to do a group photo of the guild if possible. I think it would be really nice!  I'm thinking probably on a monday in the afternoon. I'm shooting for Mon 17th. If there's any conflicts let me know. It would be great if all, or at least most of us could meet up for a quick photo!
