Crypt farming..

Ok, so on our.. "third?" attempt at crypt we walked away with 4 epics for the second time

now i'm trying to decide if the most efficient thing would be to kill the first boss and reset it, then kill the first boss again etc

as when we went inside a little deeper, we saw there is another 2 full rooms of mobs before the final boss

now would it be better to be killing only what we need to kill to progress deeper?

and is it worth us tanking a tank inside and pulling everything we dont want into a corner and dieing with it so we can sneak past?

your thoughts ?

Rolling at raids

when epic drops, their class specific , they have labels to tell you which class its for (could't be easier)

so only that class can roll on it regardless of level.

but i think its best if you recieve a epic you don't roll on the next until the others have recieved one too or if theres nobody else to roll on it

(share the love?)

nice and simple system to keep things cleared up pre-raid

Fridays crypt raid.

We killed our first raid boss on second try great work all just need to speed stuff up abit more and we can clear that place

That was great run by all who attended, impressive work, we're improving greatly with every attempt

Thursdays Crypt Attempt

amazing effort on the crypt at thursday, after the initial settling in things seemed to get a lot smoother and faster, especially since we were lacking tanks to some degree, and have barely any experience of grouping on a large scale with eachother

the patience and effort from all guildies was really good (Grtz to tulli for not self exploding) if we keep that style of play up we should breeze through the instances.

however, we still lack a "recognised" pve commander, but these crypt runs should show whos capable of the job

Ranks and promotions

i'v had a lot of people ask me about the ranks and how to get promoted..

at the moment its very simple..

we have leader, officers and members..

some officers have different area's their supposed to handle in the guild.

as for being promoted etc.. i treat everybody the same, but i think that maybe people could be promoted due to time spent in and loyalty to the guild ?

any ideas on what we could do with the rank system, as i am a little confused what to do with it


i think we should have

PVE commanders as officers

PVP commanders as officers

Recruiters/Diplomats as officers

and then some kind of "council members" as officers who help with big decisions in the guild (after we'v spoken to all the members)

and then maybe some event organiser as a officer?

and the rank after this should be the "craftskill leaders" who are the main crafter of their trade for the guild?


whats your thoughts?
