Sanctions

Our main goal for DS is to create a close friendly guild. In order to achieve this goal, we have a few Sanctions that should be followed...

BEGGERS
  We are aware that everyone would like the best equipment for their toons (characters). This section is directed to the BEGGERS. If the only reason you are in this guild is for what the guild can do for you and not what you can do for the guild. PLEASE do not stay and bother the people that are trying to make a better guild.  Do us a favor and leave quietly, we will not ask any questions. Consider this statement to be just what it is. We are simply expressing our zero tolerance for beggars.  If you participate in guild events such as farming parties (Lapis, Dread, Legend, Elemental). Your participation will be noted and you will be able to reap the rewards from your hard work as well as the hard work of your guild members.

  In essence we would like everyone to help each other out.  If someone of a lower level  need help with a quest or to get that last 20% before getting to the next level.  Be a good guild member and take a little time out to help them along.

GUILD EVENTS
  When we do announced events as a guild, the items that appear in your pack does not necessarily belong to you but to the guild.  We understand that everyone could use high end items to put on their toons or to sell and make some gold.  Announced guild events are for the great good of the guild.  The items will go towards equipping our toons.  If the items are for the Light side we will sell the item in the black market and split the profits among the people who participated in the event.  If an item drops and a guild member is not in the party but who does participate in other guild events on a regular basis. It would be fair that that item would go to them.  Unless someone else in the immediate party also need the item.

  We will keep records for all announced guild events so that this system would be fair to all those who participating. If you are not participating in announce guild events and would like to have items from a certain event.


ATTENTION:  All new members
POWER LEVELING (PLVL)
  As you are new to the guild. We would like to get to know you before any power leveling will be considered.  With that said we would like you to be in the guild actively working your character before asking. As of right now there is a probationary period of 14 days. The probationary period end before the 14 days are up, but that depends on your participation. 

  We are more than happy to help you level and improve your characters as this will pay off for the guild in the long run. The only reason that we have this probationary period is to weed out the people who join guilds just to be power leveled and take what ever items they can from nice and friendly guilds. 

GUILD RANKING BATTLE 
  Also we will ask that you make at least one 30 level character for Guild Ranking Battles.  The character needs to be either Guardian, Pagan or Oracle, Hard Mode...
