Check the event calendar for a new, special Christmas day event!
Send a PM to either myself or CyberSkull to get your own game sessions scheduled on our clan calendar. This is a great tool, and I think we can get some interest in the CURE going again if we do more of this type of stuff...
I've created a weekly clan match event that will happen every Saturday @ 5pm PST / GMT -8. In order to sign up, you must have at least one character created for Left 4 Dead in your gamerDNA profile.
If you guys want to see regular matches set up on other days because that time doesn't work for you, let me know - we can make as many as we want.
I've created an Xbox Live silver account dedicated to the CURE. It's name is L4D the CURE. Send a friend request to that gamertag if you're just joining us, or if I somehow overlooked you when I sent invites... NOTE THAT I CAN NOT REPLY TO MESSAGES SENT TO THAT ACCOUNT.
We now have enough members who've attained the rank of SURVIVOR that I will accept recommendations from them for other members to be promoted to that same rank. The recommendation must come from someone of that rank - just send me a PM with the reason you think that member should be promoted....

What's next?

So we're off to a great start, and now I'd like to hear from all of you.... what else would you like to see from the CURE? Should we have regularly scheduled games and practices? Do you want to start competing against other clans? Or do you like things just the way they are: as a place to meet other team players?
The CURE belongs as much to all of you as it does me - it's your club, so tell me what you want from it! I'd like to hear from everyone on this topic...

Promotions

Ok, so let's talk talk for a minute about ranks and how one gets promoted... everyone who joins starts as Zombie Fodder... what this means is that I don't really know you yet, and therefore cannot vouch that you meet clan requirements (i.e. use voice chat, teamwork, etc.)
So I need to hear from you all about a time we can play together for a bit so I can promote you to Survivor. The point of this is so that people can look at your rank and if you're a Survivor they will know that they can trust you to be a team player....

All members of The Cure must be willing to work and communicate together as a team, live in north America and speak English, be mature enough to take responsibility for their words and actions, have an Xbox Live! Gold subscription, a copy of the game Left 4 Dead, and a working Xbox Live! compatible headset.
