Guild Bank

Hey guys, As most of you know our Guild Bank is becoming really full with Outland stuff and the new Northrend stuff (not to mention trashes, enchanting mats, etc.). Attempts are being made to organize and cleanup our bank but we're afraid it's not enough. Actually what we need are new tabs. :P

But that's impossible, as we have reached the limit. So what we're going to do is create an ALT Guild named "Heraldry Bankers" (lol). If you wanna join the guild just whisp any officer pra ma add kau. Your alt's ranking will be the same as your ranking in Team Heraldry.

Pag-uusapan pa ung mga items na dapat ilagay dun pero kung ako tatanungin our current bank must have Northrend items only (or anything that is used by the new profession). Stuff like Outland gems, adamantite, leathers, will be transferred.

We'll let you know after we've discussed it among the officers.

Rules on Recruitment

Hi guys. This originally concerns Officers pero pra n rin sa inyong kaalaman I posted this here.

Please always remember that Team Heraldry is not open for public recruitment. That's how it has always been. We only invite people who we personally know because it makes things A LOT easier for all of us this way. However, this does not mean na sarado ang guild natin sa ibang tao. Remember nanghihingi din tau ng tulong sa iba when doing big raids so with respect to this we still allow "other people" in the guild...but there must be a very strict screening process for this.

This applies for "step-in" recruitment only..as in the case of our dear Natnat and his "crew" =P

1.) Must understand tagalog 100%. Must speak tagalog too.
----- Honestly, kung ako ang tatanungin I really don't care kung english speaker cya. Kung gus2 p nya mag inglesan kmi maghapon wla akong magiging problema. The problem arises for our other guild members. That certain person is bound to get OPed sooner or later kapag nagbibiruan na tau in tagalog. Besides language barrier is still language barrier kahit anung tingin ang gawin mo..and this language barrier will be the cause of conflict someday.

2.) Must be really really really thrustworthy.
------ This guild is built upon trust. We all hate "user-friendly" people. When they take they should know how to give. They should also know how to keep secrets. Magpakatotoo tau...we will abuse bugs when they're beneficial to us so we need only trustworthy people around.

3.) Bawal ang makulit.
------ Enough said. Kelangan ko pa ba ipaliwanag to?

4.) Must be "friends" with at least 1 person from our guild.
------ When I say "person" he/she should be a Senior Member or higher in rank. You know why? Kasi kayo ang magiging accountable for the behavior of the said person.

5.) Much better if we've raided with him/her more than once.
------ For character reference.
INITIAL RANK:
- Lvl1 to 39 = Initiate
- Lvl 40 to 70 = Member
- Lvl 70 = Senior
INITIATE TO MEMBER (For new recruits above 40):
- 2 weeks observation period
- Must be registered in the guild website

MEMBER TO SENIOR REQUIREMENTS: (What it means to be a Senior Member?)
- 2 weeks observation period
- joining guild raids
- Must be either in Dungeon 3 set, full Rare, or full Epic (subject to gear inspection)

SENIOR TO VETERAN REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 professions maxed out
- good contribution to Guild Bank...
