Welcome
We are a new clan with old blood, looking to bring back the good days of fun and competitive gaming. Here's our story...
Tired of notorious gangs (clans), and the long war against a greater enemy, two friends got together to become brothers in war and combat. Since the original Xbox released, dcrYpter and myself have been long time brothers in war, taking it online from one tactical shooter to the next. From the first installment of the Rainbow Six franchise on the original Xbox to the present day of next gen titles on the 360; we have adapted to combat an enemy in the next gen of warfare.
We're looking for mature gamers (we're in our early to mid 20s) who are primarly looking to have fun without the aggresiveness of competitive gaming. While we are competitive and have a fairly good grasp and skill of the games we take part in, we would prefer to have fun as a group of friends without worrying about what certain numbers or statistics look like on a webpage. We feel that while gaming can be fun and competitive, some take it more seriously than others, which can make the experience of gaming not as enjoyable as it should be.
We're looking for players who share similar time zones. Currently we both reside in Canada and are on opposite ends of the country, but we're open to having our brothers from the south join us in our fight. We prefer gamers from North America, as getting together as a group of friends on LIVE can be difficult while some work and others sleep.
We mostly play First Person Shooters (FPS) or tactical shooters. We do enjoy some other game genres, but this is our primary focus as it's what we enjoy most.
We also don't feel we should be prisoners to any one game, and so we play a variety of titles at any given time. Currently I'm gaming on Call of Duty: World at War, Tom Clancy's End War, Far Cry 2, Gears of War 2, and Left 4 Dead.
We don't feel "Recruiting" works, so we much rather play with a group of people that we feel we'd like to absorb into our circle of friends, rather than have gamers go through a checklist of criteria to become "Clan Members".
If you feel that you share similar feelings and ideas about gaming, feel free to take a look around and get a feel of who we are.
Thanks All!
