Guide Lines for the Bank.
You must be a member and a member who raids on a regular basis to have the abiity to buy the high end items. You must raid at least 75% of the time with us.
All items are sold for 1/2 of the Auction House. There will be times items of equal value can be traded for something you need, but this must be approved by an Officer.
Understand other than the items that are disenchanted to provide for the mats, just about everything is donated by members to help out all of us.
Also there is no borrowing funds from the bank.
