PhoenixBrigade = Totally Screwed

Ok, ppl... I wanted to always have PhoenixBrigade, in case ReviveD dies, but... I BLAME JAK! We can't now. Silent, who I think may have quit (due to intel, don't know if they're correct or not), IS LEADER. <Insert Angry Swearing Here> If he did quit, then forget it. If he didn't... We can get it set up. I'll need help though, I need someone to hit 40 on an alt FAST to keep it working. Then, I'll go on ClearSniper and invite the alt. Once completed, Silent should give leadership back to one of us, and the Guild will be there for if anything happens to ReviveD.

Next Level Cap

Alright, it's the 26th. Today, anyone not already arranged with me that's under Level 30 is kicked. Some will not be kicked, because I know they can't make it (busy with school, work, etc.). The next Level cap is here. If they don't make this (excluding comeonkill), then we kick.

Upcoming Level Cap

There will be yet another Level Cap coming. Two weeks preceding the current Level Cap, it will be changed to Level 40. Just a heads up, for any of you.
