Al'ar !!!!

I want everyone to know how proud I am to be part of this guild, we got Al'ar to 24% in the second phase. No one ever said this would be easy but if we continue to push ourselves we will down bosses. Al'ar is the first real test we have put ourselves through as a team and myself and other officers are very pleased. We have many different personalities in this guild, some of us are very emotional about downing bosses, I want people to know that you should never take it personal when something is pointed out in vent during a raid, all we ask is that you bring your very best on raid nights. This means repair, bring your pots, elixirs, flasks and food to every raid (we have a guild bank full of these supplies, dont be afriad to ask for them!). Your team mates are counting on you and everyones time here is valuable. We need to minimize our down time between wipes so we get more attempts in at new bosses.
Again, great effort and great job on Al'ar, dont give up, he will die.

Raid Days

As of right now Order of the Dragon will be raiding 25 man instances on Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday Starting at 5 pm server time (pacific). All raid spots are first come first serve so be online 30 min early to get a spot.
If we have poor attendance we'll have no choice but to add more players which means less of a chance to get a raid spot. Which is something I dont really want to do, I want to take care of our own first.
