Officers

For various reasons and after a lot of consideration I have demoted every officer in the guild without prejudice. Until we have 100 guild members I will only appoint: 6 captains, two commanders, and a VGM:

Officers are there to assist me in running the guild. That being said I will appoint captains after I have thought about it. The new captains will be chosen regardless of their level. I will only appoint ppl that I have seen actively helping others. The captains that I choose will have a trial period. During this time they need to recruit at least ten new guild members. This is not hard to do.

Until we have 100 guild members I will only appoint two commanders. The commanders will be chosen from among the captains. The captain that has proven the most helpful, has actively tried to recruit, and is loyal to the guild will be promoted to Commander. Once you are a commander you need to continue to recruit actively, and help diffuse problems among guildies.

A Vice Guild Leader will be choosen from among all the guildies. The VGM is my right hand, and needs to be someone I can trust 150%. They need to be able to organize FB teams, organize Boss Teams, solve problems among guildies, and recruit actively. Once the new officers are back in position big decisions will once again be put to the officers and other guildies before they are made. Until that time please have patience.

Myth

So here is the deal. Leet is working with Myth. We are essentially a boot camp for Myth. Once players are high enough they will be moved over to the higher guild. You don't have to go if you don't want to, but Myth is a great guild who has: TW, HH, Zhen, boss help, and fb help...thats not counting the fun. The link for the Myth forums is right below.

Guild Overhaul

Recently I have taken my main character out of the guild and appointed one of my alt's as GM. I would like to take this time to say that this was not done in a rash moment or without thought. My mage is getting nowhere with no help from anyone with bosses and no one (the few exceptions know who they are) even gave two cents that I was sitting on them. Many ppl have asked for help with bosses, fb's and quests. And without thought to the many deaths i could incur i did it. I arranged for help with fb's, bosses and quests. Yet still ppl left. I have arranged events yet no one shows up or showed the least bit of interest. So for these and other reasons I am overhauling the guild completely tomorrow.

Now as to main...that was taken out of the guild and placed in another so I could recieve help with bosses and in other areas so that my character can continue to level. I would like to remind everyone that I AM STILL GM OF THIS GUILD...and this will become very obvious after my overhaul tomorrow. Again I am still GM of this Guild.
