To sign-up, you must send 5s to Aranoran, or Koebank (the Kinship Bank) per bracket you want to be in, when you send this to said person, state which Brackets (Times) you want to be in (11am, 4pm, or 9pm)

What will happen is you will sign-up before hand,
sign-ups are open intill 15 min before the first Spar at 11am, 4pm, and 9pm. Then you need to come to the
Bree Festival Grounds (site of the Tournament) at your appropriate bracket time (11am, 4pm or 9pm).
If you are not on time you will be moved to last in that round, if you still don't show up, you are disqualified. When you arrive, you will be directed to your appropriate place, and when, and only when you are told to start, you start.
At the end of the spar, or if it lasts for more then 5 min, the person with the most morale wins. The loser will go to the losers bracket where you can still try to win 3rd. If you loose there, your out.

The 11am Bracket is open to all, the 4pm is for 10-20, and the 9pm is open to all. If you sign-up for a time and you do not meet the requirments, you will be refunded.
The Brackets will be formed 15mins prior to the first spar, so try to be patient with me (Aranoran) and Liamori who is Co-Hosting the Event. We will try to put you with equal opponents in the first and second rounds, but we can't promise you anything.

There will be cash, and item prizes.
The cash prize is 50% of the sign-up fees for first place, 30% for 2nd, and 10% for 3rd. The remaining 10% will go to the bank for future event prizes. The item rewards will be mostly managed by Liamori, but I can promise you there are more rewards then just 1st, 2nd, and 3rd.
The Award Ceremony is at 10pm on Sat. If you cannot attend, and you win something, it will be mailed to you, but please try to attend.
Finally you will get 3 part. pts. per bracket you spar in.

How to add character to roster...

First you need to login/make an account, then apply to the site, or tell me you have created an account, then go down to the Add Game button under the Roster, and fill that out, then a new button next to that says, Add Profile to Roster, click on that and fill it out.

How to become a member...

On the Website:
To become a member online, all you have to do is create and account for the website, and then apply to the guild website and/or tell me you have created an account on Guild Cafe.
In-Game:
To become a member in-game, just tell me (Aranoran) that you would like to join, and I will ask you two questions, and you will most likly be accepted.
