As a member of the Knights of Fellowship, it is a charter law to also become a member of the homepage. This will allow you to view all member posts and forums as well as creating them. The event calendar is viewable only to members also.

Please go to guildcafe.com and create a profile. You will need an active e-mail account. Once you have done this, you may apply for membership from the home page or contact Erindon or any other High Council officer for instructions on joining.

Recruitment

Recruitment is the privilege and responsibility of all members starting at the rank of Champion and above. Please feel free to use this privilege often.

If you do recruit someone, please encourage them to view the charter and by-laws here at the homepage. Ignorance of our laws is no excuse within the guild.

Also, if an officer is on, let them know to advance the new recruit to Apprentice. This will allow the new member to chat within the guild. If an officer is not on, let the new member understand he/she will have to remain in exile until an officer can advance them to Apprentice. At that time send a message to an officer informing them of the newest recruit.

Scheduled Events

The officers and I, with the input from several members, have decided to make Saturday and Sunday the official days for scheduled group "outtings". Many of the members will be on to help each other with group quests, instances and eventually raids.

Currently, most members on during the evening. We are trying to schedule events at 8pm on Saturday and 6pm on Sunday. These times are central time based. Please ensure you set your time zones under settings to register for these events.

Fridays will also still be available. Please be sure to register for these events or talk to a guild officer about your needs or wants for an event. We do not know unless you ask.

Armor Repairs

The guild offers the opportunity to help repair armor and equipment as a means of reward for the ranking you have a achieved. We are proud to offer this to our guild members.

However, please ensure that you are actively depositing to the guild bank as well. To simply use this generosity without making deposits will ensure no guild help in the future when it becomes necessary to ask for a guild loan.

Loans are greatly based on activity in the guild, rank and the amount and types of deposits made to the vault.

For all of those making regular deposits to the bank, we all thank you. And keep up the good work.

Time Zones

All members need to make sure they correctly set their time zone for their profile. This can be done by clicking the Manage button. Set your time zone to your physical location.

If it is not set correctly, organized meetings and guild events will show an incorrect time for you. We would like noone to miss an event due to this oversight.
