I'm sure you all know that this moment will eventually come. We have grown so fast as a guild that the Guild roster or headcount with Blizzard Entertainment that i have found out personally 500 members is the max Blizzard will keep headcount. Any thing after that will not be registered on the social guildtab. I came to realization when Deathorhate mentioned to me that i am not on the currently online and my toon Slapa is not on the guild! What?!!! The guildmaster got booted out of his own guild?!! That cant be!! lol. So i dug further and scouted a new member.. invited him to join the guild.. he joined .. level 65... by the way.. and what do you know.. still 500 members. So i decided to remove a member and still 500 members, so i removed about 12 members, still 500 members! lol That means we well over 500 members in our guild and not even sure how many total to be exact. So to resolve this issue and to add me back on the "currently online status" we are doing a guild Spring Cleaning on February 15th, 2008. This is what you need to do to make sure your alts are not going to be deleted from the guild: TO VIEW FORUMPosted by tonete on 03-Feb-08 12:08am

Chain of CommandPosted by tonete on 02-Feb-08 02:32am
This forum was created to solve issues that arise on a daily basis. Due to the guild's rapid growing pace and new problems and issues that arise daily, I personally cannot manage and facilitate on occurances that happens on a daily basis when I am logged off; not unless you have my personal mobile number. Dont even try to ask what my personal cell number is too. LOL. Previously, things that have not been solved by members to members have always been on hold until i login and then the problems are solved. But with members currently over 440, there's always going to be drama. So I have implemented the following Chain of Command to solve the issue 24/7. Looting Need vs. GreedPosted by tonete on 17-Jan-08 08:18pm
Many complaints from other members have brought this into an announcement. Apparently there has been quite a few incidents where the members would group together to quest and/or do instances as a repore to build friendship and understanding one another as a group of guildys and turns out to be a big disaster due to one of the guildy looting "need" instead of "greed" and everyone or an individual from the group disagrees with his/her choice of action, and turns into a big arguement and disagreements, therefore sometimes leading to booting them out of the guild, the individual themselves quits the guild or just plain argue with each other for an hour or more til one leaves the group. I have gotten complaints from ex-guildys after the fact that they left the guild of the problem, and the reason why they left the guild is because of members not being fair and courteous to one another. We as HORDECORE should understand one another and be courteous, calm, understanding and respectful to one another and at the same time" Dont take the Game too seriously" by booting the individual out of the guild without giving them some lieniency and time to understand how the process works. Even if it turns out to be a disagreement, be the bigger person to step back and just let me or all the officers know as a group to be aware and maybe give us a chance to explain that individual on how it works. So Lets try to clarify things a bit and make the record straight on when/why it is ok or proper for an individual to "need" an item vs. "greed". A forum has been established to start the conversation and a rule for the process of "Need vs. Greed" will be established within one week of opening a forum of discussion. Let the debate begin! Deathorhate, they all started scouting the earth for soldiers of their own starting around Late November 2007. The early pioneers of HORDECORE includes the following officers of the horde: Fobit / Chasun ; Garza / Questo / Cutwind & many more of his toons that we will not lists because he has like 13 of them; Blazetildust; LeGoat / Domegoat; Mamasitafria / Lacalientia; Zatarra; Ghostsoldier(the silent but deadly guildy); Malgreney; Masercur; Leiridan; Clone; Lemonparty; Spadge; Kodotai & Iansx (brother & Sister Combo); and last but not least Ryein, the Rogue Tone never manages to beat in a Duel. After the great combinations of top soldiers in the Guild of HORDECORE, many elites started joining by waves of new school leaders like Honawen; Blachdeath; Hitmanstfc; Hammerlock; Wannabehorde; Willprovok; Thoar and more to come. We have exactly 150 members as of todays post and still growing everyday.
