Ranks and Code of Conduct

Taking from an earlier post (currently removed for revising), I have used that information to complete this document. Please note, that this document will change over time, and should be periodically checked for changes. Any addendums to the original document are added directly. Sorry, but that means you will need to read the document in it's entirety. Also, while this is a first draft, I will create a new thread listing what each rank can do it terms of guild bank and guild controls (ie, add/remove member, promote/demote, and withdrawal amounts). I could use screenshots, but I'll figure that out later - probaby easier though.

Ranks:
* Emperor – Me, only one, no alts.

Officers:
* Daimyo – They have leadership of the guild whether I'm around or not. Promotion to this rank is restricted. Emperor alts have this rank as well. They are my judges and jury when things require my direct intervention. Current Daimyo in the guild are as follows: Kade, Kan, Yosh/Laenog, Cutty, Abelladonna, Gluminos, Darysarya, and Trogmosh (say, can you guys PM me your alt names?)
* Samurai – Answer to Daimyo, their primary responsibilty will be recruiting and promoting. However, they can fill any task. They will also lead raids into a variety of instances. Promotion to this rank is by vote or request. They will have all the same access as the original shoguns had with one exception. They can withdraw 1000 gold from the gb. They too will act as my judge and jury like Daimyo when required. Current Samurai in the guild are as follows: Voldemon, Shiji, Regenil, SirMikealot (I love your character name Mike), Fraust, Lmlei (we miss you!), Flauren, Etno, Charb, and Blublish (Can you guys PM me your alt names also?)....

Join the Guild page

Well since there are more and more ppl joining the guild page and some seem to have trouble I´d like to (try) to make a little step by step guide. I hope that will fix the questions. Best will probably be have this post open and do whet u have to do to join in another window/ tab.
If i do some mayor mistakes please edit but don´t spam with questions here!
Ok here we go:
1: Go to http://www.gamerdna.com/ to create a account. There will be a field on the top right where u just have to click "register".
2: Fill out the needed fields. To make it easy for us use your (main)character name as your login name (if possible).
3: Not sure if they send you a link or you can immediately use the account. If you get a link check your email and confirm the link.
4: Logg in to your whole new gamerdna account! - This is a bit like the socializing pages u may know (myspace, facebook, hyves, studivz, ..) but for gamers. U can do a lot of stuff here all related to gaming - eg add the games you play(ed), do game quizzes, upload screenshots,...
5: We want to add a character now to that page (will have that in guild rooster later and will be helpful again if u could not/ want not use your character name as login). To do that click on "edit my profile" (directly under your avatar) and select "add a character there. On the next site that comes up you have to enter the GAME NAME (not your char name) so that will be WoW, WoWBC or WoWWotLK! A little drop down menu will come up during typing and you just select the right one. Then you come to the next screen. There you can enter your character name, tick the box when it is your main character, upload a image of that character and add a comment. Then hit "save" and you are done and your char should have automatically be added to our rooster.
6: Now it´s time to get you on our homepage! Go to http://www.hitokiri.gamerdna.com/join in order to join our homepage. Fill out the fields and click join! as a guild member you do NOT have to apply to get added. The password is in the guild message of the day or ask in-game (don´t wanna put it here since all can read this).
7: Now that should be getting you right to our homepage and make you able to post, use shoutbox and such.

VENT INSTRUCTION:
1. Go to:   http://www.ventrilo.com/download.php
2. Under Client Program, select the link that reflects your operating system. 
3. READ & press accept "terms and conditions"
4. Download file and RUN (install the program)
5. You will have to fill out the fields:
              Username --> put in your username
              Server --> Name this whatever you want eg. WOW
                         --> put the port and IP address mentioned above
6. CONNECT and enjoy!
7. Ranks for Vent have been set so you need to talk to me in vent  so I can assign your rank
