How to use this damn thing

If you have any other questions, post them in this thread. Below are the answers to some frequently-asked questions.

Adding Characters:
After you create your GamerDNA account, you will need to add your characters to it.

From the menubar across the top of the screen (assuming you have one of those), click your name. From the drop-down menu, under "My Profile", select "Add a character". It will then ask you what game this character is in. The answer to this question is "World of Warcraft". Don't choose any of the expansions! If you do, it won't be able to pull any information from your Armory profile, and you won't show up in the Roster correctly!

After that, repeat for all of your characters.


Uploading Pictures:
To put pictures in our gallery, again, click on your name up top. From the menu, go down to "Add an image". It'll ask you where the image is on your computer. After it's been uploaded, pick a cool name for it, type a description, whatever. Also, on the right-hand side, there's a drop-down box. If you want your picture to appear in our Guild Image Gallery, you'll need to add the picture to the Dusk to Dawn filmstrip.

If you forgot to add it to our gallery, you can simply go back later and edit the picture and opt to include it.

Trying this whole GamerDNA thing out, we'll see how this goes. Things are not exactly what I'm used to, but maybe that's okay, too.

Though we were previously hosted on a different site (Guildomatic), this website was brought to our attention. As it features more personalized features, such as image uploading, expanded profiles, as well as the standard forums, we feel that it may be a good choice for our guild.
