Raid infoPosted by Brittaniey on 06-Oct-09 03:08pm Crimson Shadow's "All Guild" 10 man Raiding is underway.Grp1 has cleared Naxx 10 a couple weeks in a row and has Cleared OS 10 man and nearly all VoA. Great Job Grp1!!! We will be Moving forward in content. Members geared in the "Raid" rank should watch the calender. ( If you feel you are geared well enough but not in "Raid" rank in guild. Contact an Officer who can do a gear check on you and promote accordingly. Or tell you what you need to improve. ) Crp2 is forming now. Members in the "Raid" Rank can speak to the Raid Leader if interested in a spot in grp2. Grp2 will be running Naxx 10 mans to help familiarize the group with fights and team work. It is up to the Raid Leader to decide where others raids are appropriate. Members of Grp1 May not Switch back and forth between Groups with out talking to You Raid Leader first. Please provide alot of time to find a proper fill in/replacement. 25 man content will be Showing up on the Calender. Please check the calender often as events may be upgradede to 25 man if enough members are showing up for these events. (limited pugging will be allowed to complete group.) It is my intensions to build a "All Guild 25 Man" team and walk through the achievements together  )All Calender Events are schdualed for WoW time.. Grp3 (different schedual ) May start developing as soon as possible Guild is low on Enchanting Mats Guild Gold is sometimes used to help offset the costs of repair for members activly involved in the "All Guild Raid" This is entirerly at the Guild Chiefs discrestion. MEMBERS in the "Hero" rank. Please check out www.wow-heroes.com to get information to how to build up your gear. Apon reaching 1900 gear score ( or display good skills reguardless of gear) You will be Promoted to "Raid" Members on the "Veteran" rank should be running the Regular Dungeons together in guild groups to build your network to work with through Heroics. Thanks to all the Officers and Lvl 80s who support our "All Guild " Raid. We could not do it with out so many wonderful and helpful members leading the way . TY Britt )

The repeated use of prophanity or negetive comments reguarding women, races, or sexual oriantation is completely out of place,We have an open guild ( at the present ) and that means alot of younger members. Weather your possition is " they have the curse filter " or " they already know about these words " It doesn't matter, Because My possition is that "We will not tolorate excessive bad language and behavior in guild chat." Particularly if someone is asking or complaining that the offensive chat stops, ( weather a Recruit or Officer ) it is just common decentsy to take your chat or arguememnt to a more private chat location. A single use of a word is not in my oppinion a reason for a kick, but i will not loose a tear if a memebr is repeatedly abusive or having to be asked more then once to restrain themselves. Generals + have the ability to "Demote" and "Kick" so if you feel someone is not being appropriate in guild chat, Advise your Officers and the will handle it ( My full support is behind the Officers. So if you disagree with thier actions, you better have a full arsonal of screen shots and wittnesses to get me to reverse thier decissions ) Thank you. ( hoping this doesn't come up to much ) . I strive in all my decissions to concider whats in the best interest of the guild, its members, and the direction and goals we have dicided to take ourselves. I look for Officers who are mature hopefully knowledgable but for sure comitted to the guild and its survival and growth. I will exspect from Officers a level of behaviour the will set a good example and represent the guild appropriately. Fun banter etc is of course nessessary for an at easy and enjoyable feeling in the guild, But acting like a Jack A$$ will shorten you carree greatly as a leader of this guild. It will also count as to how dedicated you are and the ammount you are willing to participate in and/or lead events and directions. I will assure you being more active will be responded to...
