Guild Bank adjustment

I have converted the Guilds bank into 3 2 tab departments.

Tabs 1 and 2 will be for general public use. Items donated to tabs 1 and 2 will be available to members according to there guild rank as per #s of stacks etc.

Tabs 3 and 4 will be assigned as "Raid Tabs" members of Gold and silver team will be able to deposit and stock pile raid relevant items such as mats for feasts and potions / flasks / and buff foods. Access to the "Raid tabs will be limited to the Vice Lord. The Vice Lords will be sure the mats are stored and used to benefit the guilds raiding teams.

Tabs 5 and 6 are the High Lords jewel and enchanting mats storage. Only the High Lord of the guild has access to mats in those two tabs and uses those mats to help guildmates as she sees appropriate. Items of value may be deposited into the Chiefs tabs. But Only the guild Chief can with draw them.

All donations of items or gold is determined the property of the Guild.

So i worked hard to re orgainize the ranks and i spent time on this website creating a forum about the new ranks... and then i announced over and over in guild chat to come read it. and i See that so far in 4 days . not one single person logged in to bother to know whats going on. Seems like a good time to be finished maintaining this website. I tryed to share the work here but the person who said they would help me, Never even bothered to log on... just fyi.

Guild Ranks

I have taken the time to re-structure the guild ranks and re-name them to help in organizing the guild in some of its Raid effort. We currently are in possession of 140 lvl 80s in our Guild and I felt adjustments to evolve with the Guilds growth were appropriate.
From this point forward, The Vice Lords will manage the Raid teams with respect to day to day schedule's and membership with The High Lord overseeing. Questions, schedule issues etc should be brought to a Vice Lord as soon as they can so a resolution or a substitute can be found as quickly as possible.
"CS Gold" Will be managed by Silamini, He will be taking over scheduling responsibility of content of The Gold team. The Gold team will be made up of the members who are the most geared and prepared for end game content. Currently CS Gold will be focusing on mastering Ulduar and H ToC 10 man.
"CS Silver" Will be managed by Benmar. He is managing the schedule and membership. The Silver team is available to members who ARE geared for Naxx and up. CS Silver will be scheduling Naxx, OS, VoA, and up as the team develops. CS Silver's Raid schedule is under development until it finds a time the most able lvl 80s can attend raid stably.
"CS Raid" Members are members who have been gear checked and are geared at least Naxx and up. The members will be seeing Guild and Group event invitations on the Guild's Calender and are encouraged to participate when they can.
The objective of these new order in the guild is to provide opportunities for more members to participate in Raid and progress towards the "end Game" content together and with some confidence. When the Silver team Master Naxx the Gold and Silver will start to merge on the schedule to work our way through the 25 man achievements.
Members from the gold team who are considering transfer to Silver may do so, Please talk to the Vice Lords so they can arrange a smooth transfer so we can keep both groups stable as we get comfortable with the new structure.
Please do not except Raid event invites if your not going to be there. Please be on time and Prepared to raid when event starts .
The add-on "Deadly Boss Mods" and "Vent" will be required in all Crimson Shadow's Raid. ( even if no mic.)
I truly hope this System will enable many of you to enjoy
"Crimson Shadow's Guild Raiding".

A good site for videos on raid boss fights that i have seen is tankspot.com. just a good place to checkout so everyone doesnt need a ten minute explanation before the fight. any other good sites anyone has seen please feel free to add them.
