Officer responsibilities and duties

Last post for now - here's a list of officer duties that we shoud allocate amongst the Olympians -
Banker
Promotion Clerk
Recruiment Officer
Events organiser
Guild Meet Organiser
Neli may want to allocate these amongst us - are there any more?

Promotion and Discipline

Hi all,
Nelipta asked me to put together some guidelines on the promotion and discipline processes within the guild. Again this is all up for discussion. These are only my ideas!
Reasons for promotion:
Donations to bank
Recruiting new members
Helping guild members
High level of advice and mentorship in guild chat.
Participation in Group Instances / Meetings / Raids
In my opinion, level should not come not come into it. Level 70 new recruits should not expect to be parachuted into a high role without showing a committment to the guild first. Alternately it will be hard to gain credit on these promotion points without being of a reasonable level.
Such a system as above will require one officer to record each guild members point levels? How do we administrate this?
Demotion points should be handled in a similar manner.
Overuse of vault items.
Bad language
Unhelpful behaviour to guild members.
Bringing the Guild into disrepute.

What do you all think? I think we need an officer in charge of all this and a system of recording it?
