Ventrilo Rulez d00d.

Hey, hey, hey guildies! We need all you kids to read this post, and read this post carefully. Now, this post has to deal with the disputed word... Ventrilo. Some hate it, most love it. Well either way, we require all guildies as a guild to use Ventrilo to the fullest. Now, some of you are big haters of Vent. But, without it we can not RvR, PvE, or do Objectives as a guild without Vent. We will however take into some consideration if you have a problem with Vent. We will definitely be willing to help and guide you through the process of Vent. The following concerns all of the members if the Black Orc Down:

How to get Ventrilo:
1.) Open your internet browser and go to the website: www.ventrilo.com
2.) Once at the wesbite, look on the left handside and click the download pane four tabs down from the top.
3.) When the download tab is loaded you should look under the column titled "Client programs". If you are a Windows user, simply click the first file that you see under the client programs. If you are a Mac user, click the first file named Mac.
4.) Run/Save the program to your Desktop. Once that is completed. Long on to Warhammer and check out the guild info. You should see something that looks like this when you're ready to enter our vent info.


 The first two arrows are the most important. The first arrow asks you for your user name you'd like to use in vent. (Preferablly your character name.) After the first arrow is done, move to the second one and you should see where it has open space to type in the IP Address, the Port Number and the Password. (Picture Below.)
 
5.) Once all is done and entered. Click done, then hit settings. You should see a unchecked box that is labeled. "Push-To-Talk." You want to click this and then below should appear a box that you can set a hotkey that you can use to talk to us. (I'd suggest the closest one to WASD or an easy to reach one.)
6.) TADA! Now you're all set and ready to go!

NOTE: We will be checking that all guildies do have Ventrilo by this Monday, October 27th. If you do not have it downloaded or cannot. We will have a talk with you to see if we can resolve a problem or any other way to help out. (Otherwise, you cannot participate in guild events.)

Progression!

Alrighty, we're doing great so far! If you haven't already noticed, our group RvR has really gone into effect. Along with the instance raiding and objective capping. We really are trying hard to get this guild going, so please help recuit for us. We also just reached rank 6, giving us access to the Viper's Pit Guild room area... Thing. We also currently are thinking of new rank names and trying to update them as soon as possible.

But, with all this good news comes some bad news. But only a little. It seems WAR is having some issues with promoting and demoting, kicking, and many other problems with guild customization. Hopefully, everything will be fixed and ready to go shortly so that we can get back into the game.

Updates, updates, updates!

Yeah, you heard meh. Updates. I added some new forum posts. Off Topic for obvious Off Topic funny crap and what not. (NO PORN... Cody...). The Computer Forum is for when you have computer problems or any other things you'd like to ask. Post it there. The In-Game Forums are for anything dealing with Warhammer, RvR, scheduling, and anything else. There is also a suggestion forum for things that you'd like to introduce into either the website or the guild.

Where's ya choppa?

NO TIME FOR DA STUNTIES!

Welcome to the Black Orc Down guild website! Here, members can post things on the forums about anything, sign up for raids, Group RvR and whatever else is going on. 

If you're not a member and play on Hochland, please send me a private message in GamerDNA to see if you qualify. (Basically anyone does.) Then you can be one of the few Black Orc who survived the terrible plunder of the ROFLcopter crash. So remember, stay frosty.

(NOTE: You must be an active player and participate in guild events eventually.)

(NOTE: For you members of the guild or not of the guild, you MUST make a GamerDNA account to sign up and send messages and what not.)
