Keeps and Upkeep

Okay so we've taken our first couple of keeps and found the following things: they give pretty good guild exp and they cost a hell of a lot to maintain. Personally i would like to have a keep virtually 24/7 so that we could get the guild to a high level, getting us lots of nice little bonuses (just check the rewards tab of the guild window, i'm talking full capes, teles to dungeons and IC, better buyable crafting mats), and of course showing that we kick ass. With the current tax we have this isnt really an option. The problem with tax i feel is that we have two very different sets of people, those with too much money and nothing to do with it and those with feck all... So i dont want to raise tax too high... I'm currently going to put it up to 20% (as we have keeps and you guys never seem to vote on this stuff very quickly ). We dont want lots of people leaving over a few extra percent so tell me what you want? How much tax would you guys be happy with? Also, another idea i had was to put some of the gear in the vault into the AH every week (the stuff that isnt being taken after a while), this could mean we wouldnt need tax as high but since its all donated gear i wanna know how you guys feel about that.

Do you like the sound of the AH as a source of guild income?

Guild Ranks/Titles

The guild rank system has been revamped and is as follows:
Guild Leader (Name will vary)
Second In Command (Name will vary)
Then there will be the Captains, whose job it will be to help coordinate guild pvp/rvr and help with the management of the guild (invites, vaults, standards).
Next are the Officers who are Members with the ability to claim keeps, manage standards and invite.
Below these Officers will be the Members, people who have registered for the forums (as id say you are if you're reading this) and can access the guild mats vault.
And lastly of course the Initiates, people who have been added in-game but haven't registered on the forums yet. They will not be able to access the guild mats vault.

Welcome to the Black Dawn guild site!
Please register and feel free to post something about yourself, at the very least whether your character is your main or alt.
As far as forum rules go, i'm not going to be a real hard-ass, just don't be a wanker
Also, feel free to post any suggestions (as in please do), the way i see it its as much your guild as mine.
