Recruitment is going ok but we now need to ramp up into phase 2 of our recruitment process. What this entails is getting more of the good players in by word of mouth. In scenarios look at who is doing well, especially those whose names repeatedly stick out, remember their name and see if they have a guild later on. Ask if they are happy there if they do, and if not explain our features (RVR team focused, friendly, lots of IRL friends, this site etc) and get them an invite if they are interested. If everyone does this and continues to dominate in RVR (heard good reports from random players, well done guys!) then we will soon start attracting more and more of the better players....

our tactics while of course freely useable for everyone in any scenario, these as far as we are concerned are our private musings on how to win, and it would be appreciated if it was kept amongst members of the guild only. We dont need no dirty destruction learning how we crush them!
