THE FIVE STRIKE SYSTEM

Because our previous system; minus DKP system is not waking slackers up the leaders of D e l i r i u m will introduce a new method of shaking members up called the FIVE STRIKE SYSTEM. This system commence from Wednesday the 18th of June. If you know you are a slacker and plan on slacking we will find you and you will be removed.
How this works?
You will be monitored inside and outside of raids on where your noobish and slacking offences will give you strikes. Don’t worry you will be warned since strikes only occur on recurring incidence involving you.
Before getting a strike two leaders and at sometimes a witness has to agree on it and it can’t get any fairer than that.
Some offences to gain strikes- Being unprepared for raids
- Signing and not attending
- Causing raid hold-ups ( AFK without informing leaders, AFKing longer than requested, slacking on regrouping after wipe)
- Wiping raids (not playing your part, over aggroing, and the millions of other offences)
- Being inactive without informing your class leader. (strikes per ever 2 days after 4 days)
- and any other offence that leads to bad raiding J
NOTE: these offences will not give you strikes right away unless it’s just you that keeps getting our attention. It does not have to be the same strike offence to get a strike so u can gain 1 strike from continuously doing different strike offences.
What happens after 5 strikes?
This is affected by your rank and the role you play in the guild.
Raiders: a raider that gains 2 strike will be demoted to a member a give a verbal warning. Having raider rank you should be top of your game at all times. After getting 4 strikes you will then be demoted to trial where we will test you as a trial once again and no improvement gives you a guild kick.
Members: members you should be well scared as since there is a higher rank than member you should be aiming for it meaning we should be getting good results from you in every raid. If not you are planning to remain a member for long. Demoted on strike 3 and kicked on strike 5.
Trials: you will be kicked on your 3 strikes
Leaders: This is to be decided among leaders so you guys don’t worry about that
Can I remove strikes?
Yes there is ways you can remove a strike or all from your name. You will be given some times in different circumstances to get your strike removed once you have proven to redeem your self we will give your strike and maybe your rank back.
Another way to remove strike from your name is to be voted the raider of the week.
