New Combat System - MoM

Looking at the combat system as it has grown over the last year, the Systems team has learned a lot from player behaviors, playstyles, and how they interact with all the different types of monsters in The Lord of the Rings Online™.

Class Traits - MoM

As The Lord of the Rings Online™ expands its systems with the Mines of Moria™, characters now have the ability to create Class Trait Set pairings that build upon class themes, allowing players to specialize and making them more effective at a chosen class role.

I will be gone from Wed. the 17th through Tuesday the 23 attending my sisters wedding. (fool) I probably won't be on at all during that time. We'll see how busy I am.

I also have the honor of playing Chief Bromden in 'One Flew over the Cuckoo's Nest' and will be in intense rehearsals for the next 5 weeks or so, so, my time here will be limited.

Revanon, MacDoogle, Odein and Granlo have the ability to post and run events for the group while I am gone. If anyone else has the desire to take some charge with the calender and would like to be able to schedule and host events, please let me know and I'll get you set up to be able to do so.

If anyone knows any other kins or just people that may be interested in joining our little union, let me know that as well so that the other officers can get the chance to meet and chat with them and come to the decision to allow them to join us as well. The more the merrier.

Have a good couple of weeks and I look forward to exploring Moria with you all when I get back in again full time.

My vision here is to create a home for Kinships that reside on the Windfola server who seek to expand their player base to draw from for questing in groups. Book work, CD, Uru, Annuminas, The Rift and the list goes on and on and will continue to grow, of places that require more than just a casual group of 2 or 3 people. I, myself, LOVE group work and I find myself seeking others to do more and more of it all of the time.

I hope those who visit here will take the time to register the characters they play, contribute to the calender and utilize this resource for their grouping needs.

Please, if you are a member, check the Event Calender daily for new events for you to take a part in and if you are a Kin Leader, please take the time to schedule some events for all to participate in on at least a weekly basis.

I hope this turns out to be a beneficial resource for everyone involved. As you may have noticed, I have refrained from calling it an alliance due to the possible negative connotations that may be derived from such a title. Instead, I'd like to think of it as a Co-Op. This can only be as successful as we allow it to be.
