Guild Ranks / Privileges

As we draw nearer to running end-game content members are beginning to show signs of drama.  In an effort to clear up any confusion, here is a brief explanation of guild ranks / privileges.

• Guild bank
  • Access is severely limited to all members but the GM, why?
    
    • 97% of the items in the bank were put there by me.
    • 90% of the guild funds have been put deposited by me.

Guild bank access will open up when the following is true:

1. People start depositing useful, end-game relevant items.
2. Members start contributing to a guild fund
   
   1. This will facilitate a reason to allow members to withdrawal for approved purposes

• Ranks
  • All members will fall into 1 of 2 categories.  GM or Member.  At this time this means you're either me or you're a Reaper / Reaper Alt
    • See the new Rank post for an explanation of the intended structure.
  • I have faith that each of our members is a fully capable leader, with all the skills necessary to contribute to guiding the guild towards its goals.

Guild officers will be promoted as we come closer to beginning raids into Naxxramas (10 man).  They will "out" themselves by showing commitment to the organization and demonstrating a degree of effort above and beyond typical members.  This means, not only, knowing your own class and its associated requirements, but showing a willingness to help others learn their class and gear appropriately.

Guild officers will not be promoted on the basis of friendship with existing leadership. (Some of you have been close friends of mine for over 15 years now)  If you have time / desire to help lead, lets talk about it and see what we can do as a team.
