We are a like-minded group of players coming together for the soul purpose of having a good time. For some, that good time is only achieved by mastery of the game and the domination over other players as well as the gaming environment. Others are just looking for the modern equivalent of the corner bar. But the point is ultimately to enjoy yourself, and help the other members have as much fun as possible.

As a member of this corporation, we ask that you please do the following. If you do not think you can hold to these guidelines and bylaws, please do not accept the terms and leave in peace. 1. Please don't be a jerk to other gamer's and to our members.

2. When events are scheduled, try showing up and alerting everyone in your home branch, squad fifteen minutes early. If any E.W.L member can't attend an event, please tell all corporation leaders or your branch Captain, Commander And Or squad leader should know in advanced as soon as possible.

3. Please follow the guidelines and bylaws for our corporation and install whatever UI mods/chat programs that the corporation uses before logging in.

4. Please refer, recruit and tryout other possible potential members either online in matchmaking. private match or by getting your friends interested in becoming a member for one of our corporation gaming branches, such as battlefield 3, Cod: Mw3 Or Halo Reach Or 4.

5. We Roleplay In Grand Theft Auto IV Or Red Dead Redemption And Possibly Many More. So Feel Free To Join In On The Fun. Please Do Not Be A Headless Chicken Ruining Everything While The Roleplay Is In Progress. Please Help By Listening To The Leaders, So Please Be Patient And Enjoy.

Terms Of Service Punishment Level Rating From 1 To 6 And All Punishments Must Be Rated As Followed Below. Ranks With Authority To Do These Punishments Must Read The Following Below.

Punishment Ratings From 1-3 Are Usually Minor Rank Demotions, Bans, Probations And Suspensions, Or A Leave.

Punishment Ratings From 4-6 Are Usually Major Rank Demotions, Bans, Probations And Suspensions, Or A Removel.

A Demotion: Is An E.W.L Members Rank Being Knocked Down From That Members Current Rank And Replacing Them At A Rank Or Ranks Below That Rank, For Example 1LT Demoted To MSGT.

A Ban: Is Hours Of No Other Clan Activities With Clan Orders On The Side While Being Watched Like A Prisoner With A Founder Being Your Hawkeye Or Anyone The Founders Choose That Can Do The Job Is Knowing The Clans Rules Or History Or Texting A Sorry Note.

A Probation: Is Weeks With Stuff From The Ban Being Added To It The Only Difference Is Little Clan Activity Work Like Recruiting, Helping With Practice, Saying Stuff At Meetings These Are All Examples.

A Suspension: Is Months With No Clan Activities At All And No Speaking To Anyone Unless Expressed Otherwise Or Added Differently.

A Leave: Means Were Giving A Member A Break From The Corporation For Awhile And We Would Really Like These Members To Please Try To Follow The Rules So To Stay With Us In E.W.L.

A Removel: No Turning Back For Atleast 6 Months To A Year Or More.

T.O.S 4. Drama: Starting, Making Up Stories Of Drama And Causing Drama Will Not Be Tolerated. Must Be Rated Between 4 To 6

T.O.S 5. Sexism: Any E.W.L Members Being Sexually Rude,Will Not Be Tolerated. Must Be Rated Between 4 To 6. Any E.W.L Members Sexually Harrassing A Woman/Girl Or Man/Kid Will Be Removed. No Exceptions

T.O.S 6. Trash Talking: Trash Talking Online In Match Making Or In Custom Games To Any E.W.L Members And Other Gamers This Will Not Be Tolerated 1-3 And Then If Carries On 4-6.

T.O.S 7. Grudges: Starting And Holding Anykind Of Grudge Will Not Be Tolerated. Must Be Rated Between 4 To 6

T.O.S 8. Manipulation: Will Not Be Tolerated. Must Be Rated Between 4 To 6. No Manipulating Anyone For Personal Gain Will Not Be Tolerated. Must Be Rated Between 4 To 6

T.O.S 9. Recruiting: Junior And Senior E.W.L Members That Are At Ranks That Enable Recruiting That Are Not Found Recruiting Will Be Given A Warning Which Could Or May Result In Being Removed Form E.W.L. Laziness Will Not Be Tolerated Must Be Rated Between 1 To 3 And 4 To 6.

Meetings: Everyone Will Be Quiet And Mute There Mics, Whoever does not mute there mic Or Is Not listening will be warned Again to mute there mic or If they are not there Wait 5 Minutes before Kicking Them From The meeting. T.O.S 15. Be Active: Not Being Active Will Not Be Tolerated. Must Be Rated Between 1 To 3 And 4 To 6. Not Being Active Could Result In A Removel From E.W.L. All E.W.L Members Must Tell Or Say Why They Are Not Going To Be Active Or They Must Explain Why They Were Not Active. All E.W.L Members Must Be Competitive And Socially Active Even On Our Website This Includes The E.W.L Blog, Forums And Chat. And All E.W.L Members Must Do Their Jobs And Assignments.

T.O.S 16. COD: Elite - Clan Ops,GB/In Game: Everyone Must Think Professional And Be A Good Sportsman. We Will Be Participating In Call Of Duty: Elites Clan Operations And Clan Challenges And Game Battles Is A Possibility. All E.W.L Members Must Be Signed Up And Prepared We Must Have Everyone In E.W.L Focus Themselves As A Whole Because If That One Person Has Done Something Stupid In Front Of The Whole World Wouldn't You Be Embarrased Wouldn't You Feel Bad. All E.W.L Members Must Finish The Game And Can Not Leave Early Or Late Unless Disconnected Or Emergency. Any E.W.L Members Not Complying With This Will Not Be Tolerated. Meeting Rules:

1. Everyone must Mute their mics, If someone does not mute there mic we will warn them if they don't listen or they aren't there kick them from the meeting.

We sure would appreciate it more if every E.W.L member would show participation and cooperation for attending meeting's if they can.

3. No talking over other members during meeting time. Everyone must please be patient and wait there turn to speak and no nonsense will be dealt with.

4. The Highest And Oldest Ranked Superior Must Speak First. Must Follow The Chain Of Command From Highest To Lowest.

5. Call on anybody to state the E.W.L Guidelines And Bylaws.

6. Go down the Chain Of Command, for questions, answers Or ideas starting from the lowest to the highest.

7. A regular branch or squad meeting should be only 30 minutes and end at the latest 45 minutes nothing more.

8. All The E.W.L Corporation Meetings Will Be Hosted On Skype Or Face Book Etc. In A Private Chat.

2. The host/party leader is to make 2 practice games 1. Core 2. Hardcore Game types.

3. The host/party leader is also to have as many fun time games he wants w/ the community after practice.

4. Everyone will listen to the host and the founders.

5. No talking over the host/party leader.

6. Everyone will communicate with each other professionally without trying to be immature or make jokes.

7. No starting drama or arguing, and whining everyone will try and have fun or act professional.

8. No Pointing out the obvious For example " doggydevil was camping!" we don't care the games are made to be both fun and competitive and were not made for your way the world doesn't evolve around just you.

9. T-Bag only if all of the community members don't have problem and No Discriminating anyone And everyone will ask a Commander Or Captain if it is okay to friendly t-bag anyone.

Starting With Recruit And Above Will Be Interviewed For Each Promotion. All E.W.L Members Must Know And Say What Their Jobs And Assignments Are. All E.W.L Members Will Recruit And Refer A Gamer Into E.W.L Professionally With Guidance.

There Are 6 Ranks Who Should Be Recruiting, CPl, SGT, SSGT, MSGT, 2LT, And 1LT. All Of These Ranks Should Try Recruiting As A Team And Work Together While Recruiting And Communicate And Make Sure They Recruit Gamers That Meet Our Standards. Limited Of 4 People Per Branch Should Recruit At A Time.

All E.W.L Members At These Authoritive Ranks Must Know How To Run A Squad Or A Branch, (1LT, 2LT, COM Or CPT) And They Must Know How To Be A Good Squad Leader Or A Good Branch Leader. And They Must Know And Say What Their Jobs and Assignments Are In Meetings. All Squads And Branches Will Be Rated From 1-10.

Party Rules:

All Members Must Ask And Or Send A Message To See If It Is Okay To Join Anyone Else's Party Chat... Even If Anyone Else's Party Is Open.

And If Some In The Party Has A Problem With It Kick Them Too Especially If They Have Invited The Same Person You Muted And Kicked From The Party.

All Members Have The Right To Mute/Kick Anyone That Is Overly Loud And Immature. And Or They Will Be Asked To Stop If Not Mute Them And If The Immaturity Still Continues Kick Them From The Party And Either Close The Party Or Set It To Invite Only.

6. Can They Communicate While Playing As A Team. Are They Calling Out Certain Locations On Different Maps. Are They Calling Out Areas They Died From And Who Or What Shot Them.

7. Are They Really Playing Legit. Are They Able To Play And Meet Our Community Terms Of Service And Code Of Conduct Or Policy's.

8. Do They Get More Kills Than Deaths (TDM- SDM), Or Are They Totally Opposite. Do They Show Sportsmanship And Potential Leadership Skills.

9. Do They Try To Reload After A Kill But Are Aware That Enemies Could Come. How Good Are They When Using All Sorts Of Different Weaponry. Can They Snipe Atleast 200m or more.

10. Do They Sound Interested In Joining And Are They Willing To Help Us Grow And Get Popular.
