Our goal is to conquer 10 and 25 man instances and to see all the game has to offer.. We will raid 3 to 4 nights per week, depending on progress in a particular instance. The following is a listing of our guild guidelines and are subject to change as needed by our GM. Guild Information and Guidelines: Guild Ranks: GM – He is our highest ranking member and our driving force to accomplish our mission. He is also our raid leader at this time and formulates our strats for instances. Officer – Officers are trusted members that will help the GM by advising him and resolving any skirmishes among guild members. Raider – Raiders are members who have proven themselves to be dedicated to raiding by being at designated raids on time and prepared. They are given the first spots in raids. Alter Egos – Self explanatory, but here it goes. Alts are alternative characters of guild members. If appropriately geared they may be asked to sub in raids. Alts in raids will be given the same consideration as their “main” counterpart in regards to loot. Member: This is for our members who aren’t yet on raiding status or who would prefer to be on a “fill-in” basis for raiding. Initiate: Newest member 30 day probationary period. Guild Recruitment: We are striving toward 25-man raids; recruitment will be needed to maintain that end. We will be posting a guild application on the website for those seeking to join Toxic Waste. Raid Times: (Guildies – This is basic as of now in our infancy - we want days when we can all show up, please post on the website the days you are available so we can adjust accordingly) Raiding Guidelines:
10 and 25-Man raids: Toxic Waste’s loot system is done using a rotating Loot Counsel. The system will work this way, during buffing and before first pull all raid members will do a /random roll for two loot council slots, the third slot will be the raid leader. Note: members who served on the loot council during the last raid are not eligible until the next raid. When an epic item drops the raiders who want said item will say so in raid chat. The loot council will move to a separate vent channel to discuss the award of the item. The loot council’s decision will be based on the following: a.) Raid attendance b.) Raid progression/will it benefit the raid for a certain person to have said item over another. c.) Answers question – Is this truly an upgrade or just a side grade? In the case of an item that is a slight upgrade and no one else wants or needs item Toxic Waste would rather a person have the item than to have it DE’d....
