Guild Rank Policies

Because this guild was built from the ground up by our long-time, devoted, and high ranking members there are policies on guild promotions.

Guild Ranks are:

Initiate - Generally a new member, less than one week old, or less than level 10. This rank may also apply to inactive members. This rank has Guild Chat Listen AND Speak access and Invite access.

Member - Generally a new member less than level 15 but greater than 10, or a "NUB" that has been promoted because of their level status. This rank may also apply to inactive members.This rank has Guild Chat Listen AND Speak access and Invite access. They may also edit their own public note.

Twink - This rank is technically the same as Member, but generally higher in level, and has spent more time in guild. This rank has Guild Chat Listen AND Speak access and Invite access. They may also edit their own public note and view officer notes.

Assassin - This rank IS NOT an OFFICER. This rank is designated for members who do not plan on gaining any future levels on their character and using it for PvP only. This rank has Guild Chat Listen AND Speak access and Invite access. They may also edit their own public note and view officer notes.

OiT - LEVEL 19-29 TWINKS ARE NOT PERMITTED. This rank MUST BE EARNED. You MUST have a MAIN character in guild AND/OR have a character above level 30 IF no main is present. Earning this rank is at the discretion of the GUILD MASTER. Some requirements are: Time spent in guild, LEVEL, Dedication and Contributions to the guild. Contributions may include an are not limited to time, funds, and items. This rank has Guild Chat Listen AND Speak access and Invite access. They may also edit their own public note and view officer notes.

Officer- This rank is technically the same as officer but generally higher in level. This rank MUST BE EARNED. Earning this rank is at the discretion of the GUILD MASTER. Some requirements are: Time spent in guild, Level, Dedication and Contributions to the guild. Contributions may include an are not limited to time, funds, and items. This rank has Guild Chat Listen AND Speak access and Invite access. They may also edit their own public note and view/edit officer notes.



ADMIN - This rank is designated for the Guild Master's alts, and a select few other High Ranking, trusted officers that the Guild Master knows personally. THIS RANK CANNOT BE ATTAINED.
This rank has all of the same accesses as the Guild Master. Including View, Withdraw and Deposit access to the guild bank. Members of this rank CAN NOT process your Guild Bank requests.

TehAwesome - THIS RANK MUST BE EARNED. This rank is the high-ranking version of rank Twink. It is designated for those who do not plan to level their character for PvP reasons. Members in this rank are generally level 29 or higher AND have a Main or high level character in the guild. Level 19 twinks are NOT eligible for this rank. Earning this rank is at the discretion of the GUILD MASTER. Some requirements are: Time spent in guild, Level, Dedication and Contributions to the guild. Contributions may include an are not limited to time, funds, and items. This rank has Guild Chat Listen AND Speak access and Invite access. They may also edit their own public note and view/edit officer notes.

Senior Officer - This rank consists of only the most dedicated members. Earning this rank is at the discretion of the GUILD MASTER. Some requirements are: Time spent in guild, Level, Dedication and Contributions to the guild. Contributions may include an are not limited to time, funds, and items. This rank has Guild Chat Listen AND Speak access and Invite access, AND also Officer chat. They may also edit their own public note and view/edit officer notes.

Guild Master - THIS RANK IS NOT ATTAINABLE. This rank is designated for the leader and founder of the guild. The guild master has full access and admin to every aspect of the guild. Including but not limited to Chat, Bank, Promoting/Demoting/Removing members, and Tabard.

Guild Bank Information:

FIRST OFF! IF YOU DO NOT CONTRIBUTE... PLEASE DO NOT TAKE!
Our high ranking members do not spend all day farming wool cloth for another level 70 to come in and take it all! Low level mats and items that are easily farmable ARE FOR LOW LEVEL PLAYERS! (Twink items are an exception)Anyone found doing this will be warned, if the player continues they will be demoted with their bank access revoked or removed from the guild.

The bank is NOT your personal mini mart! Just because you CAN repair your items for 1g per day and take 1 stack per day doesn't mean you should.

Currently MOST members may withdraw funds for REPAIR ONLY.

Guild bank funds are not to be taken out of the bank unless a loan is approved by the Guild Master, ADMIN, and Senior Officers.

Guild repairs should not be taken advantage of and only used after guild groups and raids!

Guild bank funds are for buying additional bank tabs and repairs AT THIS TIME.

Members may not remove items from the bank to sell them or disenchant them.
Anyone found doing this will be warned, if the player continues they will be demoted with their bank access revoked or removed from the guild.

Item types accepted into bank: Recipes, Equipment, Mats, Quest Items, Gold
YOU MAY ADD ANYTHING YOU WISH TO THE BANK!
--Anything of grey quality added to the bank will be sold for funds that will be readded into the bank--
--Any equipment items that have not been taken after an extended period of time will be sold at the auction house for funds or disenchanted for bank mats--
--All mats and quest items will sit in bank until someone takes them, as we like to help our members and alts level--
