Gaming Addiction

Gaming addiction has been a topic of much debate in recent years. Like any other addiction topic there are extremists on both sides of the fence. To clarify, gaming addiction is defined as an unhealthy over-use of console games, computer games, and internet browsing. Of these three categories, the sub-category of computer games called massively multiplayer online games (MMOG) is considered the most easily addictive. Is any of this really addictive though?
