Blazing Lizard trademarks "Pirates vs. Ninjas" for their game: Pirates vs. Ninjas Dodgeball

They haven't decided whether to distribute via PSN or Xbox LIVE, but they've got a release estimate of January 2008. They also mention that they don't intend to be jerks about intellectual property and the phrase "Pirates vs. Ninjas," so our precious forum thread is safe. :P

That's awesome. I hope they bring it to the PSN, I want a lineup of PvN games to play in short spurts.
