This is the link to a game demo for Project Van Buren aka. Fallout 3. When I had played the old series i fell in love, and so did many others.This one is kinda bugged, it was abandoned in '03. Bethesba better do it justice dammit or we'll hack our PiPBoys and turn them into iPhones.

Report: Australia's Fallout 3 Ban Prompted by In-game Drug Use

In the Board's view these realistic visual representations of drugs and their delivery method bring the 'science-fiction' drugs in line with 'real-world' drugs... The player can also select and use 'Morphine' (a proscribed drug) which has the positive effect of enabling the character to ignore limb pain when the character's extremities are targeted by the enemy.

Fallout 3: BANNED!

...in Australia. Turns out the use of certain drugs in the game (I.E. Morphine) has enraged the Oz game censorship board. So what? Oz has a slightly more liberal censorship that that of most EU countries, as well as America. If they are banning it, then the censors in other countries may follow suit.
Fallout 3 is STILL unrated at time of writing, so a delay may be on the cards to the October release. Damn.
